The difference is in the internal quality of those models, metals vs plastics, warranties, ease of installation. But for my role as designer and project manager - what I personally value most is the support, the whole way, and after. Their influence on delivery times, their connections to the manufacturers for quick responses. Until you experience a problem, you may think it’s easier and cheaper to buy off the wall at a big box store. But the long term gain is really really worth buying at Wolseley. Yea you can buy direct as a homeowner, too. And compared with some of our other specialty stores in the city, I have found Elaine and the team and KBClassics to be down to earth, focused on real service to real people with real homes. She recently helped me solve a problem on an ensuite project that kept us on time and nearly on budget (even after solving a near haunt from a product she didn’t even sell us). She is a magician. If you need someone that will be your partner, do research, help you hit the balance of function and beauty … she is who you are looking for and Kitchen and Bath Classics should be your go to.
